Standalone Backdrop Rental
You rent the backdrop only — we deliver, install, and breakdown. Your guests use their own phones to take photos in front of it. Best for events where you want a photo moment without the full photo booth experience, or where you already have a photographer handling formal portraits.
Backdrop + Photo Booth Package
The backdrop is paired with one of our booth types — the booth provides the instant print or digital share while the backdrop provides the visual context. This is our most popular configuration for weddings and quinceañeras. The booth and backdrop are designed as a coordinated unit, not two separate elements dropped in the same corner.
Most clients who ask about backdrop rental end up booking the combined package once they see how much better the booth output looks against a purpose-designed backdrop versus a plain wall. We’re straightforward about both options — no pressure toward the upsell if standalone is what fits your event and budget.

Can I rent a backdrop without renting a photo booth?
Yes — standalone backdrop rental is available. We deliver, install, and break down the backdrop. Your guests use their own phones or your event photographer handles portraits. If you later decide you want a booth to pair with it, we’ll build a combined package.
Can you create a fully custom backdrop with our logo or design?
Yes. Custom-designed backdrops are available with a design lead time of approximately 7-10 business days before your event. We send a digital proof for approval. Corporate step-and-repeat banners and personalized event backdrops are among our most frequently customized products.
How large are your backdrops?
Standard backdrop sizes are 6ft x 8ft and 8ft x 8ft. For large-format corporate step-and-repeat or wide-frame ceremony backdrops, we can accommodate larger dimensions. Tell us your venue dimensions and we’ll recommend the right size.
Do you do outdoor backdrop installations?
Yes, with wind and weather planning. Outdoor backdrops require weighted stands and wind management. We discuss outdoor setup requirements during the booking process — we don’t install a backdrop outdoors without confirming the site conditions first.
How far in advance should I book a custom backdrop?
For standard designs from our inventory, 1-2 weeks is sufficient. For fully custom designs (logos, personalized printing, bespoke layouts), 3-4 weeks is the safe window to allow design, proofing, and production time.
